Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Freegi, we take pride in delivering the freshest fruits and vegetables to your doorstep. We also understand that plans can change. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work to keep everything clear and hassle-free.

1️⃣ Order Cancellation

✅ Before Dispatch:
You can cancel your order at any time before it has been packed or dispatched. Simply call or message our customer support team with your order details, and we will process the cancellation at no charge.

✅ After Dispatch:
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, cancellation is not guaranteed. However, we will do our best to accommodate urgent requests. If cancellation is not possible, you may refuse delivery at your doorstep.

2️⃣ Returns & Refunds

Because we deal in perishable products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

✔ Damaged or Spoiled Items:
If any product is damaged, spoiled, or not fit for consumption at the time of delivery, please inform our delivery executive immediately or contact our support team within 4 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund for the affected items.

✔ Wrong Items Delivered:
If you receive an item you did not order, please notify us within 4 hours. We will pick up the incorrect product and deliver the correct one or refund the amount.

3️⃣ Refund Process

✅ Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval.
✅ Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.).
✅ If you paid cash on delivery, we will issue a refund via bank transfer or store credit.

4️⃣ Important Notes

⚠️ We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for products that are:

  1. Partially used or consumed
  2. Reported later than 4 hours after delivery
  3. Damaged after delivery due to improper storage
