We sell fresh fruits and vegetables online. Product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly due to seasonal availability and supply conditions.


4. Orders

  1. Orders can only be placed through our website.
  2. Guest checkout is not permitted; you must create an account to place an order.
  3. Once an order is placed, cancellations are not accepted under any circumstances.
  4. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Delivery Policy

  1. We deliver only within Gurugram.
  2. You can select your preferred delivery slot at checkout.
  3. Deliveries are fulfilled on the same day or next day, depending on the selected slot and product availability.
  4. Delivery is free of charge.
  5. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to accept delivery at the specified address and time.

6. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  2. Credit/Debit Cards
  3. Digital Wallets
  4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Full payment must be made at the time of order placement or upon delivery if using COD.


7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of fruits and vegetables, we do not accept returns.

Refunds or replacements are available only if:

- You receive the wrong items.

- Products are stale or damaged at the time of delivery.

To request a refund or replacement, you must:

- Provide clear photographic evidence of the issue.

If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund using your original payment method.


8. Limitation of Liability

  1. We strive to ensure products are fresh and of high quality, but we make no warranties beyond those implied by law.
  2. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
  3. In no event shall our total liability exceed the total value of your order.
